What Ravel is
Ravel is not a clothing label with extensions. It is a single idea about how to live, sold in five parts. What you wear, what you walk in, what you come home to, what you carry, and what you smell like. Each room answers to the same rule: natural material, very little decoration, and nothing made faster than it should be.

The plan
Five rooms, one house.
- 01Ravel ClothingCoats, knitwear and tailoring cut from natural fibre and left mostly undyed. Built to be worn for a decade, not a summer.
- 02Ravel ShoesHand-lasted in Italy from vegetable-tanned calf and nappa. Sculptural shapes, unlined where it matters, resoleable forever.
- 03Ravel HomeStone, boucle, alabaster and undyed linen. Furniture and objects for rooms with very little in them.
- 04Ravel AccessoriesLeather goods, eyewear and small metal made in workshops we can drive to. Unbranded on the outside, stamped on the inside.
- 05Ravel BeautyFragrance, oil and soap composed in Grasse and bottled in frosted glass and raw plaster.
How it is made
Slowly, and by people we know.
Undyed first
If a fibre is beautiful in its own colour, we leave it there. Less water, less chemistry, a better hand.
Few workshops
Every house works with fewer than six makers. We can drive to almost all of them.
Resoleable, repairable
Shoes are welted to be rebuilt. Knitwear is repaired free, for as long as you own it.
No season worship
Pieces stay in the collection until they stop being good, not until the calendar turns.
